This Contract Has The Nature Of A Mixed Contract In Which The Different Services Covered By The Contract Are Integrated: The Main Object Is All The Services Associated With The Different Maintenance And Technical Support Of The Platform That Determine The Qualification Provided For In Article 17 Of The Lcsp, As A Service Contract. On The Other Hand, To Update The Platform, It Is Necessary To Supply Physical Equipment And Software Equipment For The Renewal Of The Aforementioned Platform, Replacing Obsolete Elements In Order To Update And Improve The Performance Of The System.
