The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Deliver 2 New (Not Previously Used) Motorized Light Training Aircraft To The Place Of Performance (Sale And Purchase), Put Them Into Operation (Without Registration) And Train Them In Handling And Maintenance For At Least 2 People For A Minimum Of 2 Hours And A Maximum Of 6 Hours. The Technical Parameters Of The Aircraft To Be Delivered Are Made Available By The Contracting Authority As Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. Technical Requirements • Aircraft Length: 6–7 Meters; • Wingspan: 10–13 Meters; • Aircraft Height: Max. 2.2 Meters; • Maximum Take-Off Weight: Max. 600 Kg; • Fuel Capacity: Min. 90 Liters. Performance Requirements • Stall Speed In Landing Configuration (Vs0): Max 80 Km/H; • Traveling Speed: Min. 200 Km/H (At 65-75% Of Maximum Continuous Power); • Maximum Speed: Min. 250 Km/H; • Climbing Capacity: Min. 5 M/S; • Range: Min. 900 Km. The Aircraft Must Have A Four-Stroke Piston Engine Certified For Aircraft Use. The Engine Power Should Be At Least 100 Horsepower. The Engine Can Be A Rotax 912 Series Aircraft Engine Or Equivalent. The Average Fuel Consumption Of The Aircraft: Up To 18 Litres/Hour. The Design Of The Aircraft Ensures The Placement And Work Of Two Aircraft Drivers Next To Each Other, With An Ergonomic Design Optimized For Educational Purposes. The Landing Gear Of The Aircraft Must Ensure The Movement Of The Aircraft On The Ground, The Reduction Of The Loads Acting On The Aircraft During Take-Off And Landing, And The Braking Of The Aircraft Using Hydraulic Disc Brakes. The Pedals Should Be Adjustable At The Workplace Of Aircraft Drivers. The Aircraft Should Be Equipped With A Fixed Three-Point Landing Gear With A Steerable Nose Wheel, Suitable For Operation From Grass And Hard Surface Airfields. The Wings Of The Aircraft Should Be Of Cantilever Design With Built-In Flaps To Ensure Low Take-Off And Landing Speeds. The Safety Of The Aircraft Drivers Must Be Ensured By At Least A 4- Or 5-Point Harness Equipped With A Quick-Release Lock At Both Workplaces. The Aircraft Should Have Full Control And Control From Both Cockpits. The Aircraft Must Have Continuously Adjustable Trim. The Aircraft Must Ensure The Individual Survivability And Rescuability Of The Crew And The Safety Of The Crew. The Aircraft Must Have The Ballistic Parachute System That Saves The Entire Aircraft, Which Ensures The Rescue Of The Crew In Case Of An Emergency. The Aircrafts On-Board Systems - Especially The Communication, Navigation (Data Recording And Identification Systems) - Must Meet The Standards Of Air Transport In European Airspace. The Ifr (Instrument Flight Rules) Qualified Instrumentation Of The Aircraft Under Visual Meteorological Conditions (Visual Meteorological Conditions - Vmc) Ensures Practical Basic Flight Training For Pilot Candidates And The Execution Of Flights In Accordance With Visual Flight Rules (Visual Flight Rules - Vfr).
