Electricity – Supply Of Electricity. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supply Of Electricity For A Three-Year Period In Accordance With The Technical Characteristics And Other Required Conditions Indicated In This Procurement Documentation. The Delivered Electricity Must Contain A Minimum Of 60% Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. In Order To Stimulate The Production Of Energy From Renewable Sources In Order To Make It More Competitive With Energy Obtained From Conventional Sources And To Encourage The Construction Of New Sources Of Renewable Energy And Achieve Sustainable Development, The Customer Determined That The Electricity Must Contain The Above-Mentioned Minimum Percentage Of Electricity From Renewable Sources. Renewable Energy Sources Are Renewable Non-Fossil Energy Sources, I.E. Wind Energy, Solar Energy (Thermal And Photovoltaic) And Geothermal Energy, Energy From The Environment, Tidal Energy And Other Ocean Energy, Hydropower, Biomass, Gas Obtained From Waste, Gas Obtained From Waste Water Treatment Devices And Biogas (In Accordance With Article 3, Paragraph 1, Point 68 Of The Electricity Market Act (Official Gazette, No. 111/21, 83/23 And 17/25).
