The scope includes a fully integrated system with membrane units, equipment, and all necessary accessories, seamlessly integrated into the existing plant for reliable and efficient operation. The units must be designed to suit actual operating conditions and handle variations in hydraulic and organic loads without affecting effluent quality, while consistently meeting approved environmental standards. The contractor shall guarantee full system performance for at least five years, including commissioning, testing, maintenance programs, staff training, and technical support to ensure operational reliability and sustainability.
