Scope And Specification Of Performance: Dismantling And Disposal Of Existing Equipment The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Dismantling Of The Original Sv Water Meters, • Dismantling Of The Original Tv Water Meters, • Dismantling Of The Original Irtns, • Ecological Disposal Of All Dismantled Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, • Issuance Of A Certificate Of Ecological Disposal. Delivery And Installation Of A Remote Reading System (Bus) The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Supply Of Communication Buses For Remote Reading, • Their Installation In The Clients Facilities, • Complete Setup, Recovery And Commissioning Of The System, • Programming And Assignment Of Individual Meters And Irtn, • Ensuring The Full Functionality Of The Remote Data Transmission System Without The Need To Enter The Apartment Units During Normal Readings. Supply And Installation Of Sv And Tv Water Meters The Supplier Shall Ensure: Cold Water Meters (Sv) • Supply And Installation Of Sv Residential Water Meters, • Installation Of A Check Valve, • Installation Of A Radio Module For Remote Reading, • Metrological Verification According To Applicable Legislation, • Programming Into The Remote Reading System. Hot Water Meters (Tv) • Supply And Installation Of Residential Tv Water Meters, • Installation Of A Check Valve, • Installation Of A Radio Module For Remote Reading, • Metrological Verification According To Applicable Legislation, • Programming Into The Remote Reading System. Periodic Exchange • Ensuring The Replacement Of Sv And Tv Water Meters After 5 Years (Metrological Deadline), • Dismantling, Ecological Disposal And Installation Of New Water Meters, • Reprogramming Into The System. Supply And Installation Of Irtn The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Supply And Installation Of New Heating Cost Allocator Indicators (Irtn), • Their Programming And Assignment To Individual Heating Elements, • Integration Into The Remote Reading System Via Buses, • Commissioning And Functional Verification. Readings And Data Processing Monthly Remote Readings The Supplier Will Ensure: • Monthly Remote Reading Of Sv Water Meters, • Monthly Remote Reading Of Tv Water Meters, • Irtn Monthly Remote Reading, • Processing, Archiving And Security Of Measured Data. Readings Must Be Carried Out Without The Need To Physically Enter The Housing Units. Informing Service Recipients The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Regular Monthly Informing Of Users About Their Heat And Water Consumption, • Remote Access To Consumption Data Through A Bus System, • Making Data Available To The Customer In A Clear And Exportable Form. Annual Accounting Of Heating Costs The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Annual Accounting Of Heating Costs Based On Data From Irtn, • Processing Of Accounts In Accordance With Applicable Legislation, • Handing Over Billing Documents To The Customer In Electronic Form (Or Printed As Required). Web Portal The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Establishment And Operation Of The Web Portal For The Entire Duration Of The Contract, • Individual Access Of Individual Users To Their Consumption Data, • The Customers Access To Summary And Analytical Data, • System Security In Accordance With The Requirements For The Protection Of Personal Data (Gdpr), • Technical Support And System Management. Portal Operation Is Provided As A Monthly Service. User Database Management The Supplier Shall Ensure: • Monthly Update Of The User Database, • Registration Of User Changes (New User, Termination Of Use, Transcription), • Ensuring Continuity Of Data When The User Of The Unit Changes, • Correct Assignment Of Meters To Individual Users.
