The Construction And Assembly Works (Smr), Which Should Be Designed And Executed Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, Are For Carrying Out Major Repairs In The Sense Of Item 42 Of § 5 Of The Additional Provisions Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut). The Project Proposal Is Aimed At Increasing Energy Efficiency And Achieving Energy Consumption Class A In The Building, By Reducing Final Electricity Consumption With The Introduction Of The Most Effective Package Of Energy-Saving Measures, Achieving Sustainable Energy Development By Increasing The Share Of Renewable Energy Sources Used, As Well As Improving The Comfort Of Living And Providing Better Working Conditions For Employees In The Building. The Administrative Building With Identifier 73626.506.550.14 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Targovishte Is Massive, On Five Floors, With A Built-Up Area Of 2,129.40 Sq.M. Construction Is The Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter B Of Zut And Art. 8, Para. 2, Item 3, Of Ordinance No. 1/30.07.2003 On The Nomenclature Of Construction Types. The Implementation Of The Public Order Includes The Following Activities In Its Scope: 1. Design: 1.1. Preliminary Preparatory Actions, Expressed In Carrying Out An Inspection And Photographing Of The Sites, Necessary For The Preparation Of The Investment Project. 1.2. Preparation Of Conceptual Solutions For A Technical Project. 1.3. The Preparation Of An Investment Project, Phase Technical Project In The Following Scope: A) The Project Should Provide For The Carrying Out Of A Major Repair Of The Objects, The Subject Of The Public Procurement Within The Meaning Of § 5, Item 42 Of The Zut, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority; B) The Project Should Provide For Measures To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of The Building And Achieve Energy Consumption Class A In Accordance With Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-3 Of November 9, 2022 On The Technical Requirements For The Energy Characteristics Of Buildings. 1.4. Coordination And Approval Of The Prepared Investment Project, Including The Provision Of All Necessary Permits And Approval Documents And The Related Fees Payable To The Relevant Competent Authorities And Removal Of The Prescriptions And Remarks Given By Them. 1.5. Carrying Out Authors Supervision During Construction, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Regulations. 2. Construction And Assembly Works: 2.1. Preparatory Activities, Expressed In The Implementation Of All Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works Provided For In The Approved Investment Project, Including Preparation Of The Construction Site, Installation Of Regional Lighting And Creation Of Normal Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions. 2.2. Construction And Installation Works, Expressed In The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Works Of The Sites Provided For In The Approved Investment Project, Including Making All Supplies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction.
