The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of The Following Buildings: - Building With Inventory No. 110/178 - Residential Building, - Building With Inventory No. 108/179- Farm Building. 1.1. Location And Area Of ​​Impact: The Buildings Intended For Demolition Are Located In The Susz Forest District. Administrative Address: (28)-(07)-(032) -(0033), Plot Number: 3198. The Plot Is Owned By The State Treasury And Managed By The State Forests Forest District, Nadleśnictwo Susz. The Impact Area Of ​​The Planned Demolitions On Plot No. 3198 Was Determined Based On Art. 3 Points 20 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994, Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 12, 2002 On The Technical Conditions That Buildings And Their Location Should Meet. The Impact Area Of ​​The Planned Demolition On Plot No. 3198 Is Located Entirely On The Plot On Which It Was Designed. 1.2. Demolition Works: Preparatory Activities: Before Starting The Demolition Works, All Necessary Protection Of The Demolition Area Should Be Carried Out. Access By Unauthorized Persons Should Be Fenced Off And The Danger Should Be Marked.
