1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Cleaning Services On Real Estate Owned By Rtbs Administrator Sp. Z O. O. In Radom.2. Scope Of Work Carried Out Under The Order: 2.1. The Cleaning Service Of Internal Areas (Common Areas) In Residential Buildings And External Areas (Paved, Green Areas And Investment Areas) Includes:2.1.1. Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Common Areas Of Buildings.2.1.2. Cleaning Of Outdoor Surfaces.2.1.3. Mowing Grass In Outdoor Areas.2.1.4. Tree, Shrub And Hedge Care. 2.1.5. In Winter, Clearing Snow From Pedestrian Paths, Roads And Parking Spaces.2.1.6. Replacement Of Sand In Sandboxes And Playgrounds In April 2027 And In Consultation With The Employers Own Resources Management Department In The Amount And Place Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2.1.7. Securing An Appropriate Amount Of Sand For Sprinkling Pedestrian Paths In Winter.2.1.8. Posting Notices And Notices In Residential Buildings, And Removing Notices And Notices After The Expiry Of The Period For Which They Were Posted, As Well As Removing Inscriptions, Drawings, Notices, Posters, Placards, Etc. Posted Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party.2.1.9. Hanging And Taking Down Flags On Residential Buildings On The Occasion Of National Holidays And Celebrations, Including Local Ones, For The Period Indicated By The Ordering Partys Own Resources Management Department.2.2. Each Time Before Starting Mowing, The Contractor Is Obliged To Recognize The Local Conditions, Use Appropriate Equipment And Mowing Methods (Flat Terrain, Slope, Ditch), Appropriate Security Measures Near Power, Gas, Telecommunications Equipment, Parked Vehicles, The Possibility Of People Staying As Well As Existing Threats And Existing Plantings, Vegetation (Trees, Bushes And Other Ornamental Plants). After Mowing, The Grass Height Should Be Approximately 5 Cm. In The Event Of Damage, Destruction Or Death Of Vegetation Caused By The Mower, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For The Damage Caused And Possible Related Costs. Special Care Should Be Taken Not To Damage The Bark On Tree Trunks.2.3. When Performing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Nature Protection.2.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quality Requirements Regarding The Provision Of The Service Are Specified In The Template Agreement, Which Is Attached To The Swz And Constitutes Its Integral Part.2.5. The List Of Properties On Which The Service Will Be Provided, Together With The Area, Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Note: The Ordering Party Draws Attention To Narrow Vehicle Access Roads Limited By Curbs And Sidewalks, And In Some Places Narrow Streets Up To 3 M Wide. Law Of Option3.1. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In Accordance With Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law.3.2.
