Lot 01 - Hiring A Specialized Company For Planning, Organizing And Executing A Training Course In Afro-Entrepreneurship, Targeted At A Total Audience Of 150 Students, Distributed In 05 Classes Of 30 Participants Each, With A Total Workload Of 120 Hours Per Class. The Course Must Be Developed In 02 (Two) Training Modules And 01 (One) Practical Workshop, Structured As Follows: Module I – Undertaking With Identity: Business Management With A Focus On Afroentrepreneurship (40H): Aimed At Creating Businesses From Scratch, Formalization Of Legal Entity, Introduction To Applied Legislation, Basic Financial Education, Feasibility Analysis, Identification Of Demands Social And Economic And Connection With Support Networks For Afroentrepreneurship. Module Ii – Financial Management, Digital Marketing And Market Research (40H): Aimed At Developing Skills In Market Analysis, Mapping Potential Customers, Retail And Pos Strategies, Relationships With Suppliers And Stakeholders, Digitalization Of Services, Basic Ecommerce, Good Service Practices And Initial Notions Of Digital Marketing. Practical Workshopdigitalmarketing, Graphic Design And Sales Pitch (40H): With A Practical And Applied Approach, Including Basic Graphic Design Through Canva, Visual Identity Development, Branding, Production Of Graphic Materials, Construction And Presentation Of A Sales Pitch, In Addition To Real Application Activities In Entrepreneurial Projects. The Contracted Company Will Be Responsible For Providing All Didactic, Pedagogical And Methodological Support, Including Complete Teaching Material For Each Student And Individual Kits, Ensuring The Adequate Execution Of Theoretical And Practical Activities.
