The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Procurement Of Project Documentation In Various Stages, Related Engineering Activities, Copyright Supervision And Other Relevant Activities Listed In The Tender Documentation And Its Annexes, In Accordance With The Technical Documents. The Project Documentation Will Concern The Construction Of Buildings On The Premises Of Vsetínská Nemocnice A.S., Including The Removal Of Existing Buildings And Other Relevant Activities. The Work Will Include At Least: A) Project Documentation For The Removal Of The Structure (Dos), B) Engineering Activity For The Removal Of The Structure, C) Project Documentation For The Construction Permit (Dsp), D) Engineering Activity For The Construction Permit, E) Performance Of Author Supervision During The Removal Of Structures, F) Performance Of Other Activities Specified In The Tender Documentation. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In Annex No. 10 Of The Procurement Documentation - Draft Sod And In Annex No. 11 Of The Procurement Documentation - Technical Documents.
