This Is The Construction Of A New Residential Zone In The U Panské Polí Locality In The Western Part Of The Village Of Chýnov. The Residential Complex Will Include 7 New Apartment Buildings, Including The Construction Of Paved Areas, Roads, Sidewalks, Parking Spaces And Engineering Networks - Water Supply, Sewage, Gas Pipeline, Electricity, Including The Connection Of Buildings (Separate Permit), Public Lighting, Telecommunication Lines (Separate Permit), Disposal Of Rainwater, Supplemented By 4 Separate Buildings For The Storage Of Municipal Waste. Objects A-F Will Be Placed In Three Rows Freely Following The Contours Of A Gentle Slope, Object G Will Be Located In The Northernmost Row Above The Rows. The Entire Area Will Be Connected To The Surroundings Of The Reservoir And The City Park In Terms Of Pedestrian Movement. In Total, The Buildings Will Contain 46 Residential Units: 16 X 1Kk, 26 X 2Kk, 4 X 3Kk, All Buildings Will Have No Basement. The Houses Will Be Accessible At Their Entrance Level Using Ramps, Access Roads And The Entrances To The Buildings Are Always Located To The North Of The Buildings. The Houses Will Be Made Of Ceramic Masonry. These Are Two-Story Buildings With A Hipped Roof. Partitions In Apartments Will Be Made Of Brick Partitions, Front Walls, Walls Or Plinths Of Gas Silicate Blocks. The Ceiling Structure Will Be Reinforced Concrete, Balcony Slabs Made Of Concrete Reinforced With Bonded Reinforcement. The Roof Structure Will Consist Of Wooden And Steel Elements, In The Case Of Objects A-F, The Rafters Will Be Visible. The Roofs Will Be Slatted With Mpvc And Partly With An Extensive Vegetation Structure, And In The Case Of Building G It Will Be Pitched With Sheet Metal Roofing. The Stairs Will Be Three-Armed (Object G) With Intermediate Landings And Straight One-Armed (Objects A-F) And Without Elevators. The Architecture Of The Houses Is Designed To Be Simple And Functional, And In Its Spatial And Material Concept, The Aspects Of Construction Economy And The Repeatability Of Solutions And Details Are Taken Into Account.
