The Primary Need Includes The Delivery Of Internet Transit With Close To 100% Uptime, With Two Accesses In Two Routing Paths And A Capacity Of Up To 100 Gbps Per Access. Flexibility Related To Capacity Needs And Full Control Over The Entire Supply Chain - Especially In The Backbone - Is A Key Requirement. Professional Ddos Protection Must Be Included As Part Of The Service To Ensure Stability And Operational Reliability. Mitigation Must Be Carried Out Upstream In The Suppliers Network, Before The Traffic Reaches Norsk Tippings Access Lines, To Ensure Approximately 100% Availability And Sufficient Capacity During Attacks. Close Cooperation Between The Suppliers Soc And Norsk Tippings Sco/Operations Center Is Important To Ensure Good Control Over Both Automatic And Manual Security Measures.
