Delivery And Installation Of Video Monitoring In The Lubenia Commune. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Video Monitoring System In The Lubenia Commune, Covering Four Towns: Lubenia, Sołonka, Straszydle And Siedliska. The System Will Consist Of 44 Camera Points, Including A Total Of 108 Ip Cameras (Including 66 Wide-Angle Stationary Cameras And 42 Specialized Anpr Cameras For Recognizing License Plates And Vehicle Types). The Project Plans To Install Cameras With The Necessary Accessories And Equipment, Including Telecommunication Boxes, Autonomous Power Sources And Poles, As Well As The Implementation Of A Vms System And The Implementation Of Advanced Image Analysis Modules. The Installation Locations Were Selected As Public Places Of Strategic Importance (Around Public Buildings, Communication Hubs, Critical Infrastructure) To Effectively Increase Safety And Public Order In The Commune. Of The Planned Camera Points, 7 Locations Will Be Autonomously Powered Using Solar Sets (Photovoltaic Panel + Hybrid Ups With A Battery). These Points Will Be Independent From The Power Grid, Which Will Allow Operation Even In The Absence Of External Power. The Construction Of These Camera Points Is Possible Thanks To The Use Of Autonomous Power Supply And The Use Of The Latest Technologies, Because They Are Located In Places Where Providing Power And Telecommunications Infrastructure Would Involve High Costs And A Large Amount Of Earthworks. The Proposed Solution Is Not Only The Most Economically Justified, But Also Meets The Highest Environmental Protection Standards And Saves Power Costs From The Municipal Network. The Remaining Points Will Be Connected To The Local 230 V Ac Electrical Network (From Building Connections And The Existing Lighting Infrastructure), And The Devices Will Be Powered Via Poe (Power Over Ethernet) Technology Or Local Power Supplies - In Accordance With The Design Documentation. Each Point Will Have A Backup Power Supply System (Ups) Ensuring Voltage Maintenance In The Event Of Short-Term Interruptions. Similarly, Data Communication From Cameras To The Monitoring Center Is Planned In Two Variants. 7 Points With Solar Power Will Transmit The Image Wirelessly Using The Lte/5G/4G Network - These Cameras Will Be Equipped With Cellular Modems And Sim Cards And Connected To The Network Via A Secured Vpn/Municipal Intranet. This Will Ensure Connectivity Even In Remote Places Where There Is No Cable Infrastructure. The Remaining Camera Points Will Be Connected To The Cable System - It Is Planned To Use Category 6 Copper Cabling (Or Fiber Optic Cabling, If Required For Longer Distances) To The Existing Local Network Or Dedicated Links, In Accordance With The Technical Design. The Investment Will Also Include The Creation Of A Monitoring Center Located In The Building Of The Lubenia Commune Office.
