Part 1 Of The Order: Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture To The Municipal Nursery In Ruda, Ul. Szkolna 7, 05-311 Dębe Wielkie Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including A Description Material And Quantity, Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements Are Described In Annexes No. 1.1 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order). The Subject Of The Order Includes: - A Delivery That Meets The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular In Terms Of Quantity, Size And Parameters; - Delivery Of A Brand New One, I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Excluding The Use Necessary To Carry Out A Test Of Correct Operation, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Ensuring In Particular The Implementation Of The Rights Warranty Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In The Swz, Including Its Transport, Bringing, Assembly And Placement In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. In The Municipal Nursery In Ruda, Ul. Szkolna 7, 05-311 Dębe Wielkie; Prototype Products Are Not Allowed, Devices Stored For A Long Time Or Devices Coming From Manufacturers Sales Programs Are Not Allowed. Devices Cannot Be Included On The Manufacturers End-Of-Sale, End-Of-Support, End-Of-Life List Or Other Lists Maintained By Product Manufacturers Indicating That The Product Has Been Withdrawn From Sale, Support For It Has Been Ended Or The Manufacturer Is No Longer Issuing Updates, Security Patches Or Repairs For The Product. The Offered Product Range Should Have Current And Appropriate Approvals Or Certificates And Meet All The Requirements Of The Standards Set Out By Applicable Law.
