Development And Implementation Of A New Responsive Institutional Website For The City Hall Of Alto Paraná, With An Exclusive And Personalized Layout, With The Use Of Templates Or Standardized Templates Being Prohibited. The Solution Must Include An Administrative System For Management, Allowing The Update And Administration Of Portal Information, As Well As The Provision Of A Specific Module For Publication And Management Of The Electronic Official Gazette. It Must Also Include In-Person Training For The Use Of The Platform By Designated Servers, With A Minimum Workload Of 8 (Eight) Hours.
