System And Support Services – Providing Maintenance Services For The Infrastructure Of Gugik (Sig) It Systems. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance, Administration And Operation Services For The Software And Hardware Infrastructure Comprising The Sig Solution. 2. The Provision Of Services Under The Subject Of The Order Includes Ensuring The Operational Maintenance Of Infrastructure Elements In The Application Layers, Service Bus, Databases, Storage, Networks, Virtualization And Monitoring And Backup Environments, Through The Implementation Of Tasks And Activities In The Field Of Individual Processes Included In The Library Of Good Practices For Itil® Service Management. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constitutes Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding An Optional Order. The Option Right Consists In: 1) Extending The Provision Of Services Beyond The Deadline For Completing The Basic Order, For A Maximum Period Of 12 Months, While Maintaining The Continuity Of Service Provision; 2) Increasing The Scope Of Assistance Services (Development Works) By A Maximum Of 2,000 Hours. 5. In Order To Exercise The Option Right, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Written Declaration No Less Than 30 Days Before The Expiry Of The Basic Order Completion Date.
