Varna Fishing Port Is A Specialized Port Site Within The Meaning Of Article 107 Of The Law On Sea Spaces, Inland Waterways And Ports Of The Republic Of Bulgaria (Zmpvvpprb) And With An Up-To-Date Certificate Of Operational Suitability In Accordance With Order No. 9 Of October 17 2013 For The Operational Suitability Of The Ports And Specialized Port Facilities. The Certificate Issued By The Minister Of Transport And Communications No. 41055/28.05.2024 For The Operational Suitability Of The Varna Fishing Port Is Valid Until 23.04.2034.
