In The Course Of Conducting An Open Tender, The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Reverse Order Of Evaluation Of Offers Specified In Art. 139 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Sowa Initiative. The Sowa - Zone Of Discovery, Imagination And Activity Initiative Is Financed By A Grant From The Minister Of Science And Higher Education, Under Contract No. 1/Cnk-Sowa/2021 Of March 2, 2021 On The Launch Of 50 Local Zones Of Discovery, Imagination And Activity (Sowa) By The Copernicus Science Center In 2021-2028.
