Collection Agency Services – The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Rental Debt Recovery Services, Whether Due, Payable Or Disputed Debts. Clarifications Made To Article 1 Of The Consultation Regulations. This Is A Framework Agreement For Intellectual Services, Entered Into In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders In Accordance With Articles L. 2125-1 1° And R. 2162-2 Paragraph 2 Of The Public Procurement Code. A Indicative Title: Amount Of Receivables: 9 Million Euro(S) In Stock Amount Of Receivables In Annual Flow: 2,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax In Accordance With Article R. 2162-4 2° Of The Public Procurement Code, The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For The Purchase Order Part With No Minimum, And With A Maximum In Value Defined As Follows: Minimum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Without Minimum Amount 5,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax The Maximum Amount Indicated Above Constitutes The Upper Limit Of The Obligations Likely To Be Imposed On The Contract Holder. It In No Way Constitutes A Contractual Commitment To Order Services. This Framework Agreement Is A Single Market. In Accordance With Article L. 2113 11 2° Of The Public Procurement Code, This Framework Agreement Is Not Allocated, Since The Division Into Separate Lots Would Be Likely To Make The Execution Of The Services Financially More Costly, To Complicate Their Management And To Harm The Overall Efficiency Of The Market. This Choice Is Also Justified By The Homogeneity Of The Expected Services And By The Need For Centralized And Coherent Management Of Recovery Files. The Use Of A Single Service Provider Makes It Possible To Ensure Better Coordination Of Actions, Optimize Recovery Performance, Simplify Contractual Management And Strengthen Control Of Legal And Confidentiality Risks. For The Purchase Order Part, The Services Are Remunerated On The Basis Of Unit Prices, As Well As Prices Applied To Packages Made Up Of Several Units Of Work Remunerated At Unit Prices, The Details Of Which Appear In The Financial Annex. For The Portion Of Services Paid At A Fixed Price, The Applicable Prices Are Those Appearing In The “Additional Cost Packages” Tab Of The Financial Annex.
