The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Uniform Fabrics: Gabardine - 1,530 Meters. (Part I) To The Central Warehouse Depot (Warehouse Department) At The Remand Center In Łódź, Ul. Smutna 21, 91-729 Łódź. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: Specification Of The Terms Of Order, Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) For Parts I, Ii And Iii - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 9 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Assortment Covered By The Order Will Be Delivered To The Central Warehouse Depot (Warehouse Department) At The Detention Center In Łódź, Ul. Smutna 21, 91-729 Łódź Within The Period Specified In The Contract. Uniform Fabrics Will Be Delivered In A Manner That Takes Into Account The Division Into Organizational Units Of The Prison Service At Which The District Depots Are Located, As Well As The Type And Quantity Of Measurement Units (Running Meters) Of The Required Fabric. The Method Of Packaging, Storage And Transport Of Individual Types Of Fabrics Is Described By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Of The Assortment Covered By The Contract Be Completed Within 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Order Completion Date Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers.
