The Estimated Quantity And Type Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Offer Form (Form No. 1 To The Swz). 4. The Order Includes Deliveries Of The Above-Mentioned. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of Panties, Diapers And Anatomical Inserts Included In The Above-Mentioned Załączniku Przedstawiono Na Potrzeby Oszacowania Wartości Ofert I Mogą One Ulec Zmianie W Trakcie Wykonywania Zamówienia. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Claim For The Delivery To The Extent Specified In The Above. Form No. 1. The Final Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Actual Quantity Of The Order, Resulting From The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Multiplied By The Unit Price, Provided That The Minimum Level Of Execution Of The Contract Will Not Be Less Than 50% Of Its Maximum Value. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Batch Of The Subject Of The Order To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Order From The Ordering Party (A Business Day Should Be Understood As Any Day That Is Not A Public Holiday Or A Saturday, And The Deadline Should Be Counted From The Day Following The Day On Which The Ordering Party Sent The Order).
