1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New And Unused Office And Art Materials, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, To Primary Schools For Which The City And Commune Of Sztum Is The Managing Body, Together With Their Contribution As Part Of The Implemented Project Entitled Sztum Academy Of Skills - Improving The Quality Of Education For Primary School Students In The City And Commune Of Sztum, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 3.1 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Detailed Requirements For The Contractor, Including The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order, Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2. The Contractors Obligations Include Providing Office And Art Materials And Artistic Supplies To The Ordering Party Using His Own Transport And At His Own Expense, Along With Bringing The Buildings Specified In Annexes 3.1-3.2 To Swz.3, Respectively, To The Premises. If The Ordering Party Did Not Specify Parameters/Dimensions In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or Indicated Parameters/Dimensions Containing The Term Approx., The Indicated Parameters/Dimensions May Be A Maximum Of 10% Larger Or 10% Smaller Than The Indicated Value.4. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into Two Parts. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Part Is Included In Chapter V Of This Tor. 5. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Articles), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In The Swz. 7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 8. If Possible, Teaching Aids Provided By The Contractor Should Be Available To All People, Including Those Adapted To The Needs Of People With D
