Sewerage Management Services – 26Dsp04-Public Service Delegation (Dsp), In The Form Of A Leasing, For The Operation Of The Public Sanitation Service (Works In The Eastern Collection Basin: Amphora, Almanarre, Porquerolles, Port-Cros And Les Borrels Waterproofing Stations, And Water Collection Networks Hyeres-Les-Palmiers, Carqueiranne, Le Pradet And Toulon-Est). The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Choice By The Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis Of The Holder Of The Delegation Contract For The Public Sanitation Service On The Perimeter As Specified In The Following Article 2 And Under The Conditions As Defined In Article 5 Of The Consultation Regulations. Either: For The Collection Of Wastewater: The Geographical Perimeter Of The Municipalities Of Hyères-Les-Palmiers (Including The Islands), Carqueiranne, Le Pradet And Toulon-Est, I.E. Approximately 272 Km Of Networks And 55 Discharge Stations; For Wastewater Treatment: The Amphora 106,000 Eh (La Garde), Almanarre 121,000 Eh, Porquerolles 6,500 Eh, Port-Cros 1,300 Eh And Les Borrels 290 Eh (Hyères) Treatment Plants. Checking The Proper Functioning Of Non-Collective Sanitation Devices On The Same Geographical Perimeter As The Collection Service, I.E. 3,300 Units. The Public Service Concession Contract Will Take Effect - After Deliberation By The Metropolitan Council Authorizing The President To Sign The Contract - From July 1, 2027 To June 30, 2041, I.E. A Duration Of 14 Years. The Selected Delegatee Must, During A So-Called Tiling Period, Between Notification Of The Delegation Contract To The New Delegatee And The Effective Date Of The New Delegation (Projected Duration 2 Months), Prepare To Take Over The Service, So As To Be Fully Operational On July 1, 2027 And Guarantee, From This Date, Perfect Continuity Of The Service Under The Conditions Specified In Article 4 Of The Consultation Regulations. The Total Duration Of 14 Years Is Justified By The Following Investments And Services, Among Others: Amphora Station: Restructuring Dn800 By-Pass Screening, Biological Treatment; Almanarre Station: Ten-Yearly Emptying Of The Digester, Weighing Of External Inputs; Port-Cros Station: Complete Rehabilitation To Ensure Regulatory Compliance; Various Civil Engineering Works On The Stations; Pr Bettyzou In Carqueiranne: Relocation Of The Substation And Restructuring Of The Network Pr Tour Fondue In Hyères: Relocation Of The Substation And Restructuring Of The Network Various Hydraulic Improvement Works, Civil Engineering Rehabilitation, And Security On The Lifting Stations Restructuring Work On The Péno-Pradon Networks In Carqueiranne
