The Contractor Delivers The Technical Equipment And Software To The Delivery Address Specified By The Client, Installs Them In Accordance With The Responsibilities And Puts Them Into Operation. If The Client Provides An Abstraction Level (Virtualization), Then The Contractor Will Use This Environment For Software Installations And, If Necessary, Use Images For Operating Systems Provided By The Client. The Necessary Resources Result From The Documentation For The Contractors Implementation. The Place Of Performance For Deliveries And Services Of The Contractor Are The Delivery Locations Specified By The Client. All Auxiliary Equipment Required For Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Commissioning Will Be Provided At The Contractors Expense Or Procured If Necessary. Deliveries Must Only Be Sent To The Locations Specified By The Client. Freight, Packaging, Transport, Transport Insurance, Professional Packaging Disposal And Interim Storage Are Part Of The Contractors Scope Of Services. Before Starting Any Work, The Contractor Must Inform Itself In Detail About The Requirements, Scope And Type And Check All Documents That Form The Basis For The Execution. Any Concerns Must Be Communicated To The Client In Advance In Writing. The Contractor Will Carry Out All Commissioning And Testing In Such A Way That No Consequential Damage To The Operating Systems Or Incorrect Control Can Occur Due To Errors In The Technical Equipment It Has Created Or Incorrect Actions By Its Staff. As Part Of The Assignment, The Contractor Will - Project Management - Regular Project Meetings With Logging And Appropriate Documentation (E.G. Register Of Open Points) - Procurement Of Any Necessary Hardware (E.G. If An Abstraction Level (Virtualization) Cannot Be Used) - Procurement Of Necessary Software And Licenses - Setting Up Poc, Hardening The Systems - Integration Into Event Management And Monitoring (Wazuh) - Implementation Of Poc Including Documentation - Creation Of Operational Documentation - Handover, Instruction And Training Of The Client - 8 Weeks Of Operational Support - Procurement And Delivery Of The Routers (Modems) According To The Clients Instructions - Creation Of Acceptance Documentation - Software Updates And Upgrades Of The Servers As Part Of The Change Process For The Operating Systems And Applications - License Management The Client Plans To Conclude A Service And Software Support Contract For This Order. The Basis Is An Individually Concluded Contract That Defines Options Regarding Sla, Response, Service And Implementation Times.
