Nak – National It Network Development: Additional Network Devices And Related Operation And Installation Services The Procurement Includes The Supply Of Additional Devices For An Integrated It Network As Part Of The Bidders Inhomogeneous Device Park With National Coverage, The Installation And Commissioning Of Active And Passive Network Devices, As Well As The Provision Of Operation And Support Services, And The Provision Of Network Development Services On Demand In The Form Of A Framework Agreement. The Contracting Authority Strives To Create And Operate An Integrated, Unified, Quality-Assured Network Infrastructure At Approximately 200 Sites Nationwide. The List Of The Procuring Entitys Sites To Which This Procurement Procedure Is Directed Is Contained In Point Vi.) Of The Technical Description. (Hereinafter: Locations). The Procurement Includes, Among Other Things, The Delivery Of The Equipment Required For The Physical Construction Of The It Network At The Listed Sites And The Construction Of The Physical It Network, The Commissioning Of Active And Passive Network Equipment And The Related Logistics Tasks, As Well As The Technical Documentation Of These Completed Tasks. The Purchaser Will Take Care Of The Procurement Of The Active Devices To Be Installed In The National It Network, Outside The Scope Of This Procurement. The Product Categories Of The Devices Procured By The Bidder Can Be Found In The Technical Description Point Ii.4.3.) No. 3. Table Contains. Point Ii.4.3.) No. 3 The Storage Location Of Devices Belonging To The Product Categories According To The Table Is The It Warehouse At The Headquarters Of The Bidder. The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Deliver These Devices From The Bidders Headquarters To Its Premises (Logistics Task), Install And Commission The Devices, And, If Necessary, Return Unused Network Devices To The Bidders Headquarters, Depending On The Customers Request. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Delivery Of Additional Network Devices Required For The Installation And Commissioning Of The Devices Within The Framework Of This Procurement. The Additional Network Devices - Which, Among Other Things, Are The Subject Of This Procurement - Point Ii.4.2.) Nos. 1 And 2 Table Contains. The Winning Tenderers Task Is Also - In The Case Of An Order - To Perform The Services Supporting The Operation, Which On The One Hand Means A Logistical Task (E.G. The Devices Must Be Relocated Due To The Relocation Of A Site), And On The Other Hand A Configuration And Troubleshooting Task Related To The Operation. The Winning Tenderer Prepares Technical Documentation For The Completed Works (Which Forms Part Of The Task). This Technical Description Was Prepared With Reference To Keline Products. The Tenderer Also Accepts Offers Equivalent To The Products Specified In The Technical Description. The Tenderer Determines The Equivalence By Taking Into Account The Technical And Functional Parameters Defined In The Technical Description. If Bidders Are Equivalent
