Radioactive-, Toxic-, Medical- And Hazardous Waste Services – 26/06393 - Scrapping Of End-Of-Life Cables Øresund. The Ordering Party Wishes To Procure Logistics, Quay Reception, Storage And Environmental Handling Of The Decommissioned 400Kv Oil Paper Submarine Cables. The Work Includes Receiving And Handling Existing, Oil-Filled, Oil-Paper-Insulated 400Kv Submarine Cables, Which In Connection With The Project Are Taken Up From The Seabed By Energinets Submarine Cable Installation Supplier. The Work Also Includes Repairing Damage Caused By Driving To And From The Collection Point, Transporting The Materials And Disposal. All Material That Is Collected Must Be Handled Correctly, Cf. Applicable Regulations. The Material That Can Be Recycled Must Be Transported For Recycling. The Value Of The Materials Accrues To Energinet. The Tendered Contract Has A Term Of 1 Year. The Contract Cannot Be Extended. The Value Of The Contract Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 7 Million. Dkk. In Accordance With Section 49 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Client Has Considered Whether The Contract Should Be Divided Into Partial Agreements. The Ordering Party Has Decided Not To Divide The Contract, As The Services Are Technically And Functionally Coherent, And A Division Will Entail Significant Coordination And Contract Management Challenges As Well As An Increased Risk Of Unclear Responsibilities.
