The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Entitled: Design And Build Using Bim (Building Information Modeling) Technology. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare A Multi-Discipline Information Model As Well As A Technical And Executive Design Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Contract, The Functional And Utility Design (Hereinafter: Pfu), Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract, The Approved Architectural And Construction Design (Hereinafter: Pab), Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Contract, The Construction And Executive Design Of The Exit (Hereinafter: Pbw Exit), Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Contract, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Eir And The Bep Plan, And Then The Construction Of A Modern Sports And Recreation Facility Along With Land Development. The Investment Should Be Implemented Based On Inter-Industry Coordination In The Bim Standard, Which Constitutes Annex No. 5 To The Contract. 3. The Scope Of The Investment Also Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Sports Facilities Building And Part Of The Technical Infrastructure, And Then The Construction Of A Modern Sports And Recreation Facility Along With Land Development. 4. When Carrying Out The Task, The Principle Of Do No Serious Harm (Dnsh) Must Be Followed Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No 2020/852 (Taxonomy Regulation), In Particular - Issues Related To Energy Saving, Environmental Friendliness And Quality Should Be Taken Into Account When Purchasing Durable Assets And Intangible Assets; - The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With Environmental Protection Rules, Including The Use Of Appropriate Measures And Materials; - The Equipment Offered Will Be Energy-Saving - Which Will Limit Energy Use And Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Entrusting The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Responsible For Their Actions As For His Own. 7. Information On The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Documentation Of The Procedure, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order. Only Changes In Materials That Fit Within The Design Solutions Included Are Permitted
