Horticultural Services - Maintenance Of Low Green Areas And Maintaining Cleanliness In Road Lanes Of Municipal Streets In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw. The Subject Of The Order Is Watering Trees In The Ursynów District. 1) Scope Of Work: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Service Of Watering Trees For 154 Calendar Days, I.E. Perform Work Related To Filling Bags With Water Once A Week (I.E. 22 Times During The Duration Of The Contract). The Scope Of Work Includes The Following Activities: A) When Installing 926 Bags, The Stakes Next To The Trees Should Be Marked. The Markings Are In The Form Of Dots With An Approximate Diameter Of 4 Cm, Made With Permanent Paint. The Markings Should Be Placed In A Visible Place - They Should Not Be Covered. Each Stake Should Be Marked With The Appropriate Number Of Dots, As Follows: • Stake No. 1 - One Dot* • Stake No. 2 - Two Dots* • Stake No. 3 - Three Dots* * The Dots Should Be Painted Vertically, One Above The Other. If There Are No Stakes Or It Is Not Possible To Install Drip Irrigation Bags, The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase Up To 300 Stakes And Install Them. The Purchased Stakes Should Be Of A Length Enabling The Installation Of The Bag (3 Pcs. Of Stakes For One Tree - Turned Stakes, With A Diameter Of At Least 7 Cm, Height Of 150 - 170 Cm, Made Of Pressure-Impregnated Wood, The Stakes Should Be Driven Into The Ground To A Depth Of About 50 Cm). The Location Of The Stakes Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. After Completion Of The Contract, The Stakes Remain With The Trees - They Will Become The Property Of The Ordering Party. B) Before Each Irrigation, The Bag Should Be Moved To Another Stake - It Is Recommended To Develop A Watering Schedule Taking Into Account The Change Of Stake - The Change Should Take Place Once A Week - The Schedule Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party (In Order To Control And Facilitate The Described Activities, Markings In The Form Of Dots On The Stakes Are Used) (Table 1). C) The Contractor Undertakes To Change The Place Of Installation Of The Crossbars At The Tree Stakes In A Situation Where The Existing Crossbars Are Screwed Into The Lower Part Of The Staking And Prevent The Correct Installation Of The Watering Bag. D) The Contractor Is Obliged To Undertake Emergency Watering Of Additional 20 Trees Three Times At The Request Of The Ordering Partys E-Mail. Emergency Watering Of Trees Will Consist In Delivering Water And Watering The Trees On The Dates And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Amount Of Min. 55-60 L/Tree. E) Reporting To The Ordering Party On An Ongoing Basis Information About The Number Of Damaged Bags In The Field.
