The Main Characteristics Are As Follows: This Framework Agreement Aims To Collect, Collect And Transport Sargassum Seaweed, On The Coast Of The Municipality Of Saint-François, Using Techniques And Equipment Adapted To The Constraints Of The Marine And Coastal Environment. The Coast And Maritime Areas Close To The Coasts Constitute Sensitive And Strategic Environments, Requiring Specific, Preventive And Curative Management Of Sargassum Strandings, In Order To Limit Their Accumulation And Their Impacts. The Expected Services Are Not Are Not Limited To Simple Beach Cleaning, But Involve Global And Specialized Management Of Sargassum, Including Interventions At Sea (Collection Before Stranding) And On Land, In Order To Ensure:The Limitation Of Strandings Through Actions At Sea,The Health And Hygiene Of Public Spaces,The Health Safety Of Users, Particularly In The Face Of Gas Emissions (H₂s),The Preservation Of Natural Marine And Coastal Environments,The Maintenance Of The Tourist Attractiveness Of The Territory. The Expected Interventions Go Beyond A One-Off Collection. They Include Regular And Coordinated Actions, Adapted To The Intensity Of Strandings, Integrating Identification At Sea And On Land, Collection, Evacuation, Transport Of Sargassum, As Well As Cleaning Of Impacted Areas. The Expected Services Are Specified In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp).
