Request for proposals Hiring a Consultancy Firm to Design, Establish and Transfer of Agriculture Technology Park (ATP) at Bombuwala, Kalutara. Qualifications and Experience of the Prospective Consultancy Firm: The consultant shall be an experienced Consultancy Firm well established with at least 05 years experience in architecture with minimum of four years in agro-technology development parks/tourism development or similar nature. (a) Required technical and managerial skills and competencies to undertake the Agriculture Technology Park (ATP) (b) Extensive and relevant previous experience in successfully completing at least 01 similar consultancy assignments during the last 10 years. (c) The consultancy firm selected should not have any commercial interest in said ATP activities. (d) Demonstrate financial capability to undertake the Assignment (Average Rs.20 million turnover within last 5 years as a consultancy firm) A Consultancy Firm will be selected under Quality Based Selection Method and procedures set out in the Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants, published by the National Procurement Agency in August 2007.
