Tenders Are Invited For It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Eu Tender Regarding Purchase Of Electricity Stands And A Payment System For User Payment At The Bornholm Regional Municipalitys Ports 2026
It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Eu Tender Regarding Purchase Of Electricity Stands And A Payment System For User Payment At The Bornholm Regional Municipalitys Ports 2026. The Tender Is Carried Out With A View To Entering Into A Contract Regarding The Purchase And Delivery Of Electrical Stands As Well As The Delivery, Commissioning And Operation Of A Solution For Use In Collecting The Ports Services, Including Use Of Facilities, Power Consumption, Payment Of Guest Sailors, Etc. It Must Be Integrated Into The Bornholm Regional Municipalitys Adk System Unilock, Which Is Used For Access Control To The Port Facilities. It Should Be Noted That The Adk Unilock Systems Themselves Are Supplied By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Has An Option To Purchase Additional Functionality For Handling Bornholm Cards, Cf. Appendix 1 – Specification Of Requirements. The Price For This Is Stated In Appendix 2 – Offer List. Depending On The Stated Price For The Purchase Of The Functionality, The Ordering Party Will Announce The Use Of The Option At The Time Of Award, Alternatively After The Conclusion Of The Contract. It Is Thus A Condition For Submitting An Offer That The Offeror Will Be Able To Deliver This Functionality By April 2027 At The Latest, If The Ordering Party Uses The Option For This. It Is The Intention Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Number Of Units Specified In Appendix 2 – List Of Offers. However, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Reduce The Specified Number By Up To 10%, If The Prices Offered Exceed The Amount Budgeted For The Task. The Construction Work Itself Is Tendered Separately And Must Be Completed For Each Port Before Final Commissioning Can Take Place. It Is Thus A Condition For Submitting An Offer For This Tender That The Tenderer Participates Cooperatively In The Subsequent Construction Process, Including Participation In: - Start-Up Meeting With The Contracting Authoritys Prospective Adviser Before Starting The Tender Process For The Construction Work - Up To Two Project Meetings With The Contracting Authoritys Adviser During The Construction Works The Meetings Will Be Expected To Be Held Via Teams. Subsequent Commissioning Of Both Electrical Stands And The Offered Solution Is Part Of The Overall Performance For This Tender, And Is Described By The Tenderer In Appendix 5 - Project Implementation Plan. In Connection With Commissioning, The Supplier Must Carry Out Tests And Troubleshooting To Ensure That Any Problems Are Identified And Resolved Before Final Delivery, Cf. The Tenderers Description In Appendix 5 – Project Implementation Plan. Commissioning Is Approved By The Municipality. Delivery Of Electric Stands Must Take Place Cf. Appendix 7 – Process And Schedule. The Schedule Is An Overall Schedule. The Exact Delivery Dates Will Be Decided And Announced After The Start-Up Meeting With The Ordering Partys Future Advisor Before The Start Of The Tender Process For The Construction Work, In Which The Tenderer Participates. Payment For Electrical Stands Will Be Made Continuously After Delivery Up To 80% Of The Total Price. The Remaining 20% Will Be Paid After An Approved Commissioning Test. Payment Of The Annual Price (12 Months) For The Solution Will Take Place After Implementation/Commissioning, When There Is Final Approval From The Municipality.
