SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Completed Technical and Financial bids in separate envelopes shall be enclosed in a large envelope labelled Technical and Financial bids with the project Name at the top right hand corner and the company Name behind and shall be addressed to the Medical Director, Federal Medical Centre, Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State, PMB 1022,. The documents should be deposited in the Tender Box at the Head of Procurement Office on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 19th May, 2026. 5. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS AND PROPOSALS Only the Technical Bids and proposals shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 19th May, 2026, at the Hospitals conference Hall. 6.
