Descriptiondsb Needs A Temporary Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Woolen Clothing To The Civil Defence, While Waiting For The Framework Agreement For This Entered Into By Defense Material, To Which Dsb Is Affiliated, To Be Ready For Call-Off. A Parallel Framework Agreement Is Concluded With Two Suppliers, Ranked Respectively As Supplier A And Supplier B. All Calls Go First To Supplier A. If Supplier A Cannot Deliver The Entire Requested Volume Within The Specified Delivery Deadline, The Remaining Volume Must Be Called From Supplier B. First Call For This Framework Agreement, With A Delivery Deadline In Mid-September 2026. Further Calls, For The Time Being Without A Defined Delivery Deadline, Can Be Made During 2026, Provided That Defense Materials Framework Agreement Does Not Will Be Ready For Call-Off During This Period.
