The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of An Internal Gas Installation For Domestic Hot Water And Central Heating. In Municipal Apartments Along With Updating Projects, In Buildings At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 6A,8,8A,10. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Following Activities: 1. Stage I - The Basic Order Concerns Residential Premises No. 2 At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 8 And Premises No. 4 At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 10 The Basic Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1.1. Construction Of Central Heating, Gas And Central Utility Water Installations In The Above-Mentioned Two Residential Premises In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Ordering Party. 1.2. Connection Of Internal Gas Installations Of Individual Premises To The Gas Network 1.3. Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Wall-Mounted Dual-Function Gas Condensing Boilers 1.4. Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Gas Cookers 1.5. Electrical Power Supply With Protection To Four-Burner Gas Stoves With An Oven And 1.6 Gas Boilers. Installation Of Air And Exhaust Ducts 1.7. Demolition Of Tiled Stoves, Dismantling Of Coal Stoves 1.8. Accompanying Works1.9. Completing All Formalities Required By Law Related To The Acceptance And Approval For Operation Of Gas Installations For Individual Residential Premises, Including: - Carrying Out Tests And Examinations Related To The Installations - First Start-Up Of Heating Devices By An Authorized Service Along With The Technological Start-Up Of The Installation. As Part Of The First Start-Up, The Contractor Is Obliged, In Particular, To Check The Correct Connection Of The Heating Device To The Hydraulic And Electrical Installations As Well As To The Exhaust And Condensate Discharge, Adjust The Heating Parameters, Check The Correct Operation, And Check The Security Features.  Training The Tenants And The Ordering Party In The Operation Of The Installed Devices.  Providing The Ordering Party With Technical And Commissioning Documentation And Warranty Cards, And The Operating Instructions - To The Tenants Of The Premises.2. Stage Ii - Optional Order Applies To Residential Premises No. 1 At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 8A The Optional Scope Of The Contract Includes: 2.1. Construction Of Central Heating, Gas And Central Utility Water Installations In The Indicated Residential Premises In Accordance With The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Prepared By The Ordering Party. 2.2.
