Mobile Telephones – Rental Of Safe Telephones. Procurement Of A Total Of 1,100 Safe Telephones For The National Penitentiary Command For Only 36 Months. Reference Device: Samsung Xcover 7 Or An Equivalent Device, Samsung Knox Suite (Incl. Knox Manage) + Knox Dynamic Or With An Equivalent License It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Repair The Mobile Phone Devices During The Term Of The Contract, And In The Event Of A Malfunction Of The Phones, To Transport The Device To Service Or Return It, And To Provide A Replacement Device Equivalent To The Defective Device For The Duration Of The Repair. Where Reference Is Made To A Specific Make, Origin, Type Of Thing, Procedure, Activity, Person, Or Patent Or Trademark, It Is Necessary To Clearly And Comprehensibly Define The Subject Of The Public Procurement, And It Was Done For This Purpose. In This Case, The Term Or Equivalent Is To Be Understood Every Time, Thus The Contracting Authority Has Complied With Art. 321/2015. (X. 30.) To The Regulation Defined In Paragraph (3) Of § 46 Of The Government Decree. Under Equivalence, The Functionality And Technical-Technical Parameters Of The Products Offered By The Bidder And The Functionality And Technical-Technical Parameters Of The Products Requested By The Bidder Must Be Verified With The Products Manufacturers Data Sheet.
