Construction Consultancy Services – Offering Total Advice For The Redevelopment Of Vildanden And Penalhuset. The Municipal Board In Bornholm Regions Municipality Has Decided To Renovate The Vildanden Childrens Home, As Well As Rebuild The Facilities For Home Care And Nursing In The Penal House. An Abr 18 Total Consultant Agreement Is Entered Into For Consultancy For The Remodeling Of The Childrens House Vildanden And The Home And Nursing Care In The Penal House. They Are Both Located In The Same Building In Rønne, At The Former Østre Skole. Building Changes. The Consultant Task Is Expected To Include The Planning Of The Overall Project, In Order To Be Able To Plan The Renovation And The Temporary Replacements In The House Most Appropriately. The Building Is Of Older Date, And Is Part Of The Former Østre Skole, With An Interior Consisting Of Classrooms And Classrooms. The Buildings Roof And Facade Will Be Renovated, The Buildings Interior Will Be Adapted, With A Room Distribution Suitable For Childrens Homes And Home Care. A New Ventilation System Is Being Established, Electricity, Water And Heating In The Building Will Be Updated To A Contemporary Level. There Will Be A Number Of Conversions And Renovations To The Existing Buildings. The Construction Work Itself Must Be Carried Out In Several Stages, As Both Functions Must Be In Operation During The Construction Work. The Total Grant For The Project Amounts To Approx. Dkk 32,750,000 Excl. Vat The Grant Constitutes The Total Construction Budget, Which Includes All Expenses For Tradesmens Expenses, Costs, Fees, Internal Fees, Foundation Costs, Construction Site Costs, Builders Supplies, Pool For Unforeseen Expenses, Etc. It Is The Responsibility Of The Consultant In Question Who Is To Carry Out The Current Task To Carry Out An Overall Consultation For Bornholms Regions Kommune (Brk), Where The Consultant Is Responsible For The Consultation. The Advice Mainly Includes: Initial Advice, Preliminary Investigation, Etc. Construction Program. Disposition Proposal. Project Proposal. Authority Project. Tender Project. Implementation Project. In Relation To Section 49 Of The Public Procurement Act, Subsection 2, The Ordering Party Has Chosen Not To Offer Separate Partial Agreements Based On Economic And Market Considerations. The Client Has Concretely Assessed That It Is Not The Best Commercial Solution Or Recommendable To Separate And Divide The Task Into Separate Partial Agreements.
