Road Transport Services – Provision Of Driving With Eat School Meals. In This Tender, The Ordering Party Wishes To Obtain Offers For Transport Of School Meals From Eats Central Kitchen To The Schools In The Municipality Of Copenhagen That Are Registered With The Municipal School Meals Scheme. The Ordering Partys Requirements For Contract Terms Appear In The Draft Contract (Appendix A), While The Requirements For The Service Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification (Appendix 1). In Addition, A List Of The Schools That Are Currently Registered For The School Meals Scheme Including A Map Of Their Locations, As Well As An Overview Of The Delivery Quantities Of Boxes Of School Meals That Have Been Delivered In The Period October - December 2025 (Appendix 6) Is Attached. The Ordering Party Wishes To Enter Into The Contract With One Tenderer - The Supplier. In Addition, A Security Of Supply Agreement Will Be Entered Into With A Tenderer Who Must Act As A Security Of Supply Supplier, If The Contract With The Supplier Ends, E.G. By Mutual Termination, Cancellation Or Other Conditions Which Bring The Contractual Relationship Of The Parties To An End. The Tenderer Who Is Evaluated For The Lowest Bid, After The Winning Tenderer, Is Awarded The Security Of Supply Agreement. See Here Appendix F.
