Fidt Mbh Is Planning The Renovation And Extension Of The Former Barracks Building, Building 8, For The Kassel Technology And Start-Up Center. The Fördergesellschaft Für Innovative Services Und Technologies Mbh (Fidt), In Which The City Of Kassel Also Has A Majority Stake, Rents And Manages Several Office Buildings At The Ludwig-Erhard-Straße Location In Kassel. The Target Group For The Rental Concept Are Start-Ups And Technically Oriented Young Companies. The Office Space Can Be Rented Individually, By Floor Or As Conference Rooms. Many Companies That Originally Started Out As Start-Ups Have Remained As Tenants At This Location. In Addition, Well-Known Large Companies With Their Kassel Branches Are Based Here. As A First Step, A Prospective Further Development Of The Entire Location, A Renovation Project With An Expansion By Adding A Full And A Staggered Floor Is Planned For Building No. 8, Based On The Feasibility Study From 2024.
