Bids Are invited for Supply of floor mounting type, cordless operated by remote 4.0 TR Tower AC. First charge of refrigerant supplied by OEM with AC unit. Capacity: 4.0 TRThe condenser coil of the units should be made of copper tubes.Make: Blue Star/ Voltas/ Hitachi/ Carrier Midea/ Daikin/Panasonic/ Mitsubishi/ Toshiba/ Trane/ O general/Lloyd/Equivalent , Installation of 4.0 TR floor-mounted Tower AC units (Indoor & Outdoor). The rate includes minor civil works, such as cutting and making openings in the PUF panels, and sealing them after installation using silicone sealant.The scope also includes making necessary holes or chasing in the ceiling, floor, etc., for laying refrigerant piping in proper line and plumb, fixing the piping with the required clamps, and restoring the surfaces with matching finish.All materials required for such works, including sand, cement, and other consumables, shall be deemed to be included in the scope of work. , Supply and installation of a suitable-sized copper pipe (Suction and discharge) for the 4.0 TR Tower AC unit with insulation as per requirement. The copper pipe should be properly supported on a duly painted MS ladder/ GI tray with a clamp, as necessary. Single length will be measured for a couple of Suction and discharge lines. Copper pipe insulated with a minimum 19 mm Thick insulation for the entire length. Insulation shall be nitrile rubber covered with PVC self-adhesive patta tape. , Supply & fixing of condenser mounting (Heavy Duty ) stand fabricated from MS angle C- channel minimum dimension ( 70 x 40 x 5 mm ), duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat primer or powder coated for prefabricated stand required for outdoor units of 4.0 TR outdoor condensing units. , Supply and laying of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated and stranded copper conductor PVC insulated overall sheathed unarmoured cable, 1.1 KV grade as per IS:694( with latest amendments) for the following sizes complete as required. The cable shall bear the ISI certification mark. Cable should be laying in cabe tray/ cable trench and including end termination with supply of cable gland, lugs, neoprene bushes and other materials and tools requried complete with terminal connections, earthig of glands and as required and as directed by Engnieer-in-charge. , 4C X 6 Sq. mm Cu for Condensing Unit , Supply and Installation of Suitable size Insulated UPVC Drain Pipe with necessary fittings and supports. Connection to the condensate drain pan shall be provided with a serviceable U- trap. Pipes shall be mounted neatly in proper workmanship manner with a GI clamp. Total Quantity : 3
