The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Increase The Capacity Of The Pechina Dock By Extending The Alignment Of The Existing Dock And Its Attached Esplanade By 260 M With A Draft Of 18 Meters, In Order To Generate Sufficient Surface Area And Docking Line For The Collection, Assembly And Loading Of Components For Wind Turbines In Wind Farms, As Well As To Meet The Growing Demand For Bulk Traffic.
