Tenders are invited for Restructuring and Architectural Redesign of School Campus. American International of School Abuja (AISA) invites suitably qualified and experienced architectural firms to submit tenders for the restructuring and redesign of its school campus. Scope of Work: The project involves the comprehensive review, redesign, and upgrading of the existing school campus, including but not limited to: Master planning and campus layout redesign Architectural design of academic (Classrooms), administrative buildings and recreational facilities Renovation and upgrade proposals for existing structures Design of landscape, outdoor learning, and sports areas Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates Eligibility Criteria: Interested firms must: Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Valid Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years. Evidence of Pension Clearance Certificate (if staff is 5+). Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., Architects Registration Council of Nigeria ARCON). Evidence of similar projects executed in the last 5 years.
