Medical Equipments – Hospital Furniture Dps. The Hus Group Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) For Acquiring Hospital Furniture. Through The System, Various Furniture And Products For The Use Of Specialized Medical Care And Basic Healthcare Are Procured Through Internal Tenders. The Product Groups To Be Procured Include, Among Others: - Hospital Beds - Reading And Dining Tables And Bedside Tables - Various Treatment And Supply Trolleys, Including Resuscitation Trolleys And Instrument Trolleys - Treatment And Examination Tables And Chairs - Mayon Tables - Delivery Beds And Basins - Waste And Laundry Bag Racks - Screens, Steps, Drip Racks - Special Psychiatry Furniture - Other Similar Hospital Furniture Operating Tables Or Intensive Care Beds Are Not Included In This Dynamic Procurement System. The Internal Competition Can Concern Huss Annual Investment, I.E. The So-Called Separate Procurement, Where The Amount Is Predetermined Or It May Be A So-Called Joint Procurement, I.E. A Multi-Year And/Or Supplier Procurement Contract That Can Be Used By Several Welfare Areas. Internal Tenders Always Also Include Accessories And Possible Device-Related Consumables. Maintenance Contracts Can Also Be Taken Into Account In Internal Tenders. Huss Goal Is To Use A Flexible And Simple Procedure To Acquire High-Quality Furniture And Products To Support Patient Care. In Addition To Hus, Products That Can Be Tendered Through The Procurement System Can Also Be Purchased For Participating Welfare Regions (Kymenlaakso Welfare Region, South Karelia Welfare Region, Päijät-Häme Welfare Region And Uusimaa Region Welfare Regions Including The City Of Helsinki And Puolustusvoimat And Hyvinkään Ravitsemuspalvelut Oy). The Included Welfare Areas Are Defined Separately In Each Internal Competition. Hus 664-2024 Hospital Furniture Dps Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid Until 31.12.2030, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended With A Separate Announcement. Hus Estimates At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation That 5-20 Tenders Will Be Published Within The Dynamic Procurement System During The Years 2026-2030. The Amount Is A Preliminary Estimate, Which Can Change Significantly When The Need For Competition And Product Grouping Becomes Clear Later. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Participation, Hus Estimates The Total Value Of The Entire Duration Of The Dynamic Procurement System To Be A Maximum Of 20,000,000 Euros, Taking Into Account All Possible Procurements Made In The System. The Estimate Is Preliminary And Is Based On The Currently Known Procurement Need. Hus Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities Or Quantity Purchase Obligations With This Announcement. Participation Applications Can Be Submitted To The Dynamic Procurement System Throughout Its Duration. It Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Suspended Or Changed While The Dynamic Procurement System Is In Effect. The Actual Procurements Are Made Through Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, In Which The Object Of The Procurement Is Described And Specified. From Every Internal Competition
