Systems Analysis And Programming Services - Data Acquisition And Processing Service Along With The Design, Development And Implementation Of The Tree Map System As Part Of The Project Entitled: Digital Transformation And Expansion Of E-Services In Bielsko-Biała. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is To Obtain Spatial Information On The Distribution And Phytosanitary Condition Of Trees And Other Elements Of Urban Greenery, As Well As Areas Of The Urban Heat Island And Blue, Green And Gray Infrastructure, Using Specialized Aerial Remote Sensing Scanners And Analysis Methods Based On Machine Learning. Additionally, As Part Of Field Work, Taxonomic, Dendrometric And Diagnostic Information On Selected Trees Will Be Obtained. The Order Also Includes The Use Of Existing Data In The Possession Of The Ordering Party And Other Data Useful For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 2) Development, Analysis And Visualization Of The Acquired Data In The Form Of Cartographic Studies, Along With The Diagnosis Of Factors Shaping The Citys Adaptive Potential. The Diagnosis Should Include, In Particular, An Assessment Of The Degree Of Surface Sealing, The Extent And Intensity Of The Urban Heat Island, The Condition Of Green Infrastructure And The Level Of Biodiversity. The Results Of The Analyzes Should Be Presented In The Form Of Thematic Maps, Made Available As Wms And Wfs Network Services And Through The Map Portal, Which Is An Element Of The Integrated It System For Urban Greenery Management, Tree Map. The Module Should Enable Interactive Viewing, Filtering And Analyzing Spatial Data, With The User Authorization Function, And Some Of The Data May Be Made Publicly Available. 3) Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of An Integrated It System For Managing Urban Greenery, Tree Map, Including Administrative-Operational, Analytical And Public Modules, Which Will Provide Data On Greenery And Enable A Social Inventory Of Trees. 4) As Part Of The It System For Managing Urban Greenery, The Tree Map, An Algorithm Should Be Developed And Implemented For Calculating The Value Of Ecosystem Services Generated By Individual Trees, Based On Their Species, Dimensions And Location. The System Must Automatically Calculate And Present At Least The Following Categories Of Ecosystem Services: Carbon Dioxide Absorption, Air Purification From Suspended Dust, Retention Of Rainwater, Energy Saved As A Result Of The Air Cooling Effect.
