The Existing Petőfi Utca-Széchenyi Utca-Vasgyár Utca-Petőfi Tér Road Junction And The Kinizsi Pál Utca-Dugonics Utca Junction On The Hajdúnánás-Nyíregyháza Connecting Road Approx. With The Establishment Of A Road Underpass With A Space Section To Be Created With Height, In Addition To Planning The Extension Of The Underpass And The Provision Of An Appropriate Length Of Intersection Straight Section, With The Fact That, In Addition To The Roadway, Pedestrian And Bicycle Connections Must Also Be Planned/Provided On At Least One Side, In Connection With The Cross-Section And Height Arrangement Of The Underpass, Together With A Careful Design Of Support, At Least At The Level Of A Preparatory Decision Study. In Connection With The Construction Of The Underpass, The Road Service Of All Affected Properties Must Be Ensured, With The Existing Surface Parking Along The Roads And Streets Affected By The Construction Of The Underpass Being Standardized And, If Possible, Maintained. During The Design Of The Underpass, The Task Is To Take Into Account The Railway Station And Future Light Rail Traffic, As Well As The Expected Bus Traffic In Connection With Imcs. The Basis Of The Design Is Traffic Modeling, In Connection With Which The Bidder Must Immediately Notify The Bidder Of All Other Additional Interventions - Such As The Need For Additional Road, Traffic Engineering, Even Traffic Control And Coordination Interventions On The Service Road Network Leading To The Underpass Section - The Planning Of Which Will Be Carried Out As Part Of This Project. The Design Task Is Also The Design Of The Guiding Road Sign System. Taking Into Account The Proximity Of The Light Rail Crossing And The Railway Station Area, As Well As The Széchenyi Utca-Vasgyár Utca-Petőfi Utca Junction, And With The View That Both The Imcs And The Little Railway Project, Building Facades And Platform Coverings Representing A Uniform Image Have Been Planned, And This Project Fits Organically Into The So-Called For Light Railway And Imcs Projects, Therefore, The Ramp Covering Of The Underpass Exits Should Also Be Planned In Such A Way That Rainwater Cannot Enter The Underpass And The Ramp Sections Leading To It. As Part Of This Planning, It Is Planned To Provide A Connection Suitable For Both Exits And Entrances To The Existing 2X1 Lane Service Road Close To The Railway Area, Partly Located Parallel To It - Located On Property 6705/17 Hrsz.
