Intends To Renovate And Develop The Office And Administration Building At Lindenstraße 67-71, 10969 Berlin Into A Residential Complex. 267 Micro-Apartments And 168 Residential Apartments For Students And So-Called Young Professionals Are To Be Realized In The Building (Construction Project Or Project). To Finance The Construction Project, The Client Makes Use Of Grants In Accordance With The Federal Funding Guidelines For Efficient Buildings - Residential Buildings (Beg Wg). The Subject Of The Procurement Procedure Is The Award Of A General Contractor Contract For The Planning, Construction And Renovation Services Required For The Turnkey Implementation Of The Construction Project. Details Can Be Found In The Project Description (No. 6 Of The Tender Documents). The Aim Of The Award Procedure Is To Select A Competent And Efficient (Suitable) Contractor Who Will Provide The Planning And Construction Services In Question Economically, Properly And On Time. The Client Points Out That Planning Services Have Already Been Provided By Third Parties On The Basis Of Separate Planning Contracts In The Area Of Preliminary Planning/Design Planning/Approval Planning. The Existing Planning Services Are Decisive For The Execution Of Further Planning, Construction And Renovation Services. The General Contractor Is Particularly Responsible For Implementation Planning. The Client Is Not Subject To Any Legal Obligation To Apply European Public Procurement Law. He Is Not A Public Client Within The Meaning Of Section 99 Gwb. The Application Of Procurement Regulations Is Carried Out Exclusively On The Basis Of Funding Regulations. In Doing So, The Client Goes Beyond The Funding Requirements And Voluntarily Applies The Provisions Of The Procurement And Contract Regulations For Construction Work Part A, Section 2 Procurement Provisions In The Scope Of Application Of Directive 2014/24/Eu (Vob/A - Eu) In Order To Ensure The Highest Level Of Transparency, Equal Treatment And Competition.
