Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Frozen Fish And Supply To The University Catering Facilities In Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing And Pfarrkirchen. All Products Offered Must Be Permanently Available During The Contract Term And Deliverable Within A Maximum Of 4 Working Days. The Only Exception Is If A Product Is Discontinued By The Manufacturer. In This Case, The Contractor Must Offer A Comparable Replacement Item Immediately And Without Being Asked. The Contractor Guarantees Daily Deliveries (Monday To Friday) To The Regensburg, Passau, Deggendorf, Landshut, Straubing And Pfarrkirchen Departments At The Goods Acceptance Times Specified In Appendix 10
