And No. 6.1. – 6.5. To The Swz, I.E.: Offer Form, Product And Price Specifications Along With Detailed Descriptions Of The Items Of The Contract And Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, Each Of Which Will Be Assessed By The Ordering Party Separately, According To The Rules Described In The Swz. The Order Was Divided Into Parts, In Accordance With The Description Contained In Annexes No. 1.1. - 1.9. To Swz. Each Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Selected Part/Parts. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For All Required Items Listed In Annexes No. 1.1. – 1.9. To The Swz. Whenever In This Swz The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party, Describing The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Instruction Expressed In Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicated The Trademark Or Origin Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Impossibility Of Describing It Exhaustively Using Precise And Understandable Terms. By Describing The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Delivered Products, The Ordering Party Determines The Quality, Technical And Functional Parameters That The Item Must Meet.
