Building-Cleaning Services – City Of Plettenberg: Building Cleaning Services. The Objects To Be Cleaned Are Municipal Buildings Managed By The Client. These Are Schools, Sports Halls, Daycare Centers, A Refugee Accommodation And Two Leisure Clubs. Details On The Intervals, Types And Scope Of The Services To Be Provided Can Be Found In The Service Description And Appendices, In Particular The Price Sheets. The Client Reserves The Right To Increase And/Or Reduce The Areas And Intervals To Be Cleaned Without A New Award Procedure Within The Scope Of Section 132 Gwb Paragraphs 2 To 4. The Services Are Awarded As A Collective Award. All Properties With All Individual Services Must Be Offered. The Individual Awarding Of Objects Or Trades Is Not Intended. Option For Award/Contract Term In The Event That A Tender Winner Is Ultimately Unable To Perform Within The Contractually Agreed Probationary Period Due To Termination, Insolvency Or For Any Other Reason, The Ag Reserves The Right To Offer The Remaining Services To The Remaining Bidders In The Order Of The Tender Result Up To Overall Rank 5 Based On Their Offers.
