Construction Work - Execution Of Work For The Project Development Of Park Under Arini Smis Code: 354136. As Part Of The Contract That Is The Subject Of This Procedure, The Following Are Requested:  Excavation Works  Works To Protect Building Networks  Earthworks And Land Preparation  Works For The Realization Of Electrical Installations  Works For The Realization Of Sanitary Installations  Works For Connection To Utilities  Elements And Resistance Works  Elements And Architectural Works  Works For Drawing And Defining Leveling Landmarks  Works For The Realization Of Pedestrian Walkway Systems  Works For Making Railings On The Proposed Stairs And Ramps  Preparation And Installation Of Lighting Systems  Preparation And Placement Of Furniture And Equipment  Landscaping Works, Including Land Modeling  Site Organization Works, Work Signage And Safety Measures  Technical-Building Works – Artificial Pond The Works Will Be Performed According To The Specifications In The Specifications And Technical Project. The Duration Of The Contract Is:  A Maximum Of 1 Month From The Signing Of The Contract By Both Parties, For Issuing The Order To Start The Works By The Contracting Authority;  15 Months From Issuing The Order To Start The Works, For The Execution And Completion Of The Works;  1 Month From The Notification Regarding The Completion Of The Works, For The Admission Of The Reception At The End Of The Works Warranty Period: Minimum 60 Months, Starting From The Date Of Admission Of The Reception Report At The End Of The Works. The Warranty Period Granted To Equipment, Facilities, Installations And Plant Material Must Be At Least Equal To The Warranty Period Granted To The Works. The Guarantee Will Cover Both The Works Performed And The Equipment, Facilities, Installations And Plant Material In Question: Trees, Shrubs, Sub-Shrubs, Perennials, Meadows, Gardens, Lawns.
