Geotechnical Engineering Services – Geotechnical Missions (G2 Avp / G2 Pro) As Part Of The Repair Of Penetrating Roads And The Development Of Crossroads – Route Du Dégrad Saramaca And Piste Du Loup – City Of Kourou. This Contract Concerns A Single Lot Relating To The Carrying Out Of A Geotechnical Study Mission Prior To Road Repair And Development Work In The Territory Of The Municipality Of Kourou. This Mission Aims To Provide All The Investigations, Analyzes And Recommendations Necessary For The Characterization Of The Soils And The Good Design Of The Road Works Envisaged As Part Of The Development And Rehabilitation Operations Of Municipal Road Infrastructures. The Expected Services Include, In Particular, But Not Exhaustively: Carrying Out Geotechnical Investigations On Site (Surveys, In Situ Tests, Geological And Geotechnical Reconnaissance); Carrying Out Laboratory Tests On The Samples Taken; The Analysis And Interpretation Of The Geotechnical Data Collected; The Formulation Of Technical Recommendations Adapted To The Constraints Of The Site And The Objectives Of The Project; The Drafting Of Geotechnical Study Reports To Guide The Design And Sizing Choices Of The Structures; Any Additional Services Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Mission And For Understanding The Geotechnical Conditions Of The Site. The Services Are Part Of Road Repair And Development Projects Located In The Municipal Territory Of Kourou, In French Guiana, And Concern In Particular Road Infrastructures Requiring Improvement Of Their Structure, Their Load-Bearing Capacity Or Their Durability. The Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Single Non-Allocated Lot, In Order To Guarantee The Technical Consistency Of The Studies And The Uniqueness Of The Investigation And Analysis Methodology. This Organization Ensures Continuity In Data Processing, Homogeneity Of Results And Better Reliability Of Technical Conclusions. The Holder Must Have The Skills And Means Necessary To Carry Out Geotechnical Missions In Accordance With The Standards And Regulations In Force Applicable To Geotechnical Engineering And Public Works. The Mission Must Be Carried Out In Coordination With The Technical Services Of The Municipality Of Kourou And Other Project Stakeholders, In Order To Guarantee The Proper Integration Of The Results In The Subsequent Phases Of Design And Implementation Of The Work. This Contract Is Not Subject To Allotment Due To The Homogeneous Nature Of The Services And The Need To Guarantee A Global And Coherent Approach To Geotechnical Investigations. All Services Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Code And The Contractual Documents Of The Market.
